My question are
1. What can cause a woman's womb to shift to the left part of her abdomen. It was discovered after series of test and scan.
2. The two Fallopian Tubes were not visible as well from the X Ray like result which show that the womb is one side.
3. Doctor recommend IVF for me.
4. Recommending IVF with is expensive for young couple ( M 30, F 28)
I am in delima now. This is almost one year and seven months of staying together no good result via getting pregnant. A doctor I told about this asked if she had done abortion before but she said no. I am scared right now because I wanted to pay bride price by November. Where and how will I handle this.

1. There is nothing like the womb shifting to one side, u probably don't understand the doctors explanation.
2. She probably did an HSG and the 2 tubes not showing doesn't mean the womb is shifted, it means there is blockade of the 2 tubes for whatever reason such as pelvic infections, ruptured ectopic pregnancy, previous surgery or even non-development of the tubes right from birth.
The possibility of achieving pregnancy is quite low if indeed the 2 fallopian tubes are blocked though never say never in medicine. Consider IVF bro.

I want you to know that the viability of a pregnancy is not actually affected by the position of the womb(uterus). It seems to be natural and undisturbed in some women. However, it may be considered after other causes of female infertility are ruled out.

Going for fertility tests doesn't exclude you. In case you haven't, you should go for fertility test too, to be sure you're not contributing to the inability to conceive. Each partner knowing his/her fertility status is the first step. From there, proper solution is sought for.

Also, do not ignore the advice of the person above mine.
