You need to take better care of your hygiene.. get a new blade, scrape the shiny outer layer and apply dabs of dettol, it should clear within 48hrs.

Try to maintain good personal hygiene.
Bath more regularly.
Stop letting sweat dry on ur skin.
Always wash ur cloths and let them dry well.
Stop wearing that clothe the you sweat on again without washing it.
Stop bathing with rain water for now.
Have an appointment wt a dermatologist.

If it's scabies, then it should itch you mostly at night when you are at rest and probably asleep.

The treatment for scabies is 5% Permethrin; about 5k for the tube.

Do u keep ur mattress on the floor when u are sleeping, seems u move the mattress daily ie it is not permanent on the floor, make sure u keep the same side on the floor and never alternate the side on the floor. Most likely a skin infection caused by dirts
