You mentioned earlier that it's getting to your face too. Scabies only affects the part of the body below the neck region, this could be any of the poxes. If it's scabies, benzyl benzoate is the cure. Go do some test anyway.

Antibiotics don't work for scabies but it's prescribed sometimes to treat opportunistic infections that may occur due to wound from scratching the skin. The best treatment is still that benzyl benzoate if it's scabies, but we don't know for sure that it's scabies until you do some test. You can take the ampiclox and apply the benzyl benzoate and see if there's any improvement.
