Doncaptain:You can try the email method by resetting your password but I guess they will still want to send code to your phone number but try it first. |

Doncaptain:Is it Nigerian account or foreign? Just remember the address and call them. Due to the pandemic, PayPal hs been robbing West Africans that use VPN to open account. |
