Thinking, good web developer is one thing, training ppl is another thing, maybe u are looking for a computer school such as NIIT.
Almost all the good web developers i know in lagos (except one) are all freelance and do not train ppl (cos of lagos stylee - hustle and bustle) - jumpin from internet to presentation,

@poster, you must be focused, i dont think it is best to pour all those langs into your head at the same time. php/asp.net for instance? it may confuse your processor!
