Chile and Argentina are both good countries when you are talking about south America countries, however it depend on what you are going there for. they have good economy and they are growing really fast. but make sure you do your home work every well before moving. if you have other question you can ask me i live in Santiago chile and i always travel to Argentina and other south Americas so i know much about all of them .

i lived a few yrs in Bs As Argentina, and i can safely say that YES there are many Nigerians there.....although they may not ALL be the kind you want to assimilate with.

as for the country, it is as good as any other to "visit" as a tourist.

@ akin-ope, please what can you say about PERU? Please i will like to know about peru economy, job prospect and others.

@obalukan Peru is Okay low cost of living compare to Argentina and Chile, but in terms of Economy Argentina and Chile are much more better. To get a Job in Peru depend on what you are really going there for but if you are thinking of going there for better job i think it easy to get one there however,English teaching job is well payed around $700 or $800 monthly and they also have lot of hot jobs too but it depend on where you can work . food is very cheap there cos they do lot of farming and house rent is not that much as well. but if you are planing traveling there you have to do more home work to know if you will be able to get job and be able to live in Peru .

I got their one year multiple entry visa last year july but i can make the trip again due to the problem that brasil create for nigerians who want to transit in brasil. And the visa will expire by july this year and am thinking of re-aplying or can i try chile or argentina? My brother your candid reply will be welcome.

Chile is very good country to leave when you need a paper to further your movement.... presently the political crisis is a bit down and the country is back to normal.....I will be there next January for the united nations 3rd session of migration statistics conference.

please leave, we have a serious problem with illegal immigration, lots of haitians, venezuelans and people from other countries using the benefits that the chilean states gives. and most probably the us is going to remove the access to the waiver visa to everyone in chile, so there's no point. just leave, even the local population think you're scum, doesn't matter if they're left wing or right wing, they don't want you here, so don't use an anchor baby (literal subhuman behavior, maybe europeans were right about you guys) just because you want to go to another country and go improve yours.
