Trophies aren't guaranteed there and it's obvious Messi would be having a better amount of goals per season. I wouldn't be surprised if Messi actually ended up surpassing him in the areas where Ronaldo is ahead. E.g goals, UCL trophies

The Barça team to an extent was built around Messi just like Madrid was built around Ronaldo whilst he was there. But going to an already established team and start taking responsibilities away from established players won’t go down well with some people. That is why Mbape wants to leave PSG.
