shatap which federal road did elrufai and wike construct? Wike is doing a lot of work inside port Harcourt and we commend him for that. As for elrufai we know he is trying to do some job but don't come here and claim what they are not besides these state allocation is triple what abia get( not giving excuse for failure of abia governor)
For the road which is federal road we know buhari is more interested in building railway to Niger republic than build the federal road in the east ( are we not the 5%).

Ariaria market is in Aba while this road is in Umuahia.

This road is maintained by FERMA not Abia state government.

I know this question is not necessary but is this a state or federal road?... So that people will know where to channel their displeasure..
