The question asked by the original poster has not been answered "Which SQL certification" should he go for. I agree with what both of you said concerning Postgre SQL and I never said he should ignore Postgre sql but there is no recognized certification for that and HRs who are the door way to jobs just want something to convince them of your skill set .
You are right as there is no certification for postgreSQL. One basic rule of thumb is ability to prove your worth.
From my experience none and I repeat none has ever asked me for my certificates whether BSc,MSc or any certifications I earned.
What they are concerned is ability to defend via their skill test they present to you. It’s nice to have certification but that doesn’t guarantee you to get the offer because you have to write the SQL challenge test.
I totally get your point. Oracle is even feeling the heat with Databricks and snowflake disrupting data infrastructure.
Tableau or even Microsoft PBI are scared as new BI springing up. Looker was just recently bought by Google because it gives every individual the ability to question data.
If following the trend these days, Oracle may even be the least. This is not 2010 or 2008. We are in era of big data. One major element of the big data is the volume and velocity. How fast can your big data move.? Oracle is not even close by. Everyone is talking about unstructured and semi structured data, column based database.
To cut the explanation short.
If I’m Oracle I will start scouting for disruptive tech to buy. This is what Google is doing

Ejoid already recommend the certificate to take base on experience which is recognized internationally, from it's first post this is an excerpt:

DA 100 by Microsoft which gives you certification in Data Analyst. You can as well look for Microsoft Data Analyst. Presently theres discount on Microsoft certification to countries affected by Covid-19 .

This was Ejoid response to wwwtortoise question you were refering to:

AWS certification or use of softwares like Tableau associate cert or PBI that gives you a badge of an analyst could be a strong foot.

The answer is straightforward on what certification to take base on his response above

All the questions of where to start from and where not start from has been answered on the thread and many more information and steps to prepare you ahead, just that many are waiting for fast information which is good but you will be missing a lot if you don't take your time to read the whole thread and document the key points highlighted by experts.

Where to start from

Excel
Powerbi
Sql. (All the three above to advance level) already you are a analyst

To become a data scientist add
Python
Machine learning

If what you want is Data Engineer.
Ssas
Apache
Databricks etc

Can I use my phone, to practice?

Very simple if those software can work on your phone use it but if it can't it's obvious you can't.

Guys, I am really confused on how to land my first real job.
I don't even get interviews like that.

Here is my LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/oyekanmi-oluwatoba/
and my Github: https://github.com/Tobsam237

Any ideas on how to actually land my first job would be appreciate?
My skillset is strongly data analytics/science inclined, using python & SQL.

Well, I intend to work on acquiring AWS Data Analytics certification to strengthen my portfolio.
What y'all think?
Or should I go the Data Engineering route, learning more datatools: DataBricks, Looker, etc?

My ultimate goal is a good paying JOB.
Please someone HELLLLLPPPPP.
