What really transpired between you and them that made them start texting messages about you? Or they now just pick people at random and text about them to others?

If you're owing them, pay up.

danniyal:
Lawyers and other learned nairalanders, how does one go about reporting/suing a loan shark in Nigeria?. Has anyone been successful at instituting legal proceedings against them or are they simply above the law?. Some people are of the opinion that it is best not to patronize them but they still send messages even when you have nothing to do with them

Instead make you use the 2K wey still remain for your account go pay part of your loan you dey deceive yourself say you dey find lawyer.

Use the money you plan to pay to the lawyer to settle your debts.

What if you sue and Court find you guilty of defaulting ?

He will counter sue, you pay his legal fees, your lawyer's fees and then your previous debts.
