What are you talking about, the whole country was in crisis, Easterners were getting killed everyday in the North , Southwest and middle belt, ojukwu took total control of Eastern Region, he made the announcement to Easterners that he can't go to the north , west and middle belt to rescue Easterners but once you make it alive to the east you will be under his protection

It is better to leave that boy to his delusion. He is shocked as others before him. He can't process the fact that he had known lies all his life. Give him time, he will internalise the message and let go of his lies (that is if he is truthful to himself).
