In a case like this you can use Google, just type the name of your ppa, town and state, maybe that one can help.

I mean an email address or number that someone responds to. The ones on that website are not reachable and the email address is invalid and bounces back mails

I downloaded it with my phone. I keep trying I didn't even aware my bvn and account details is taken. Once it is taken u can download it any time without entering it again.

Good morning. I have a friend who want to change PPA. His current PPA is situated at a riverine area, and he has phobia for water. Is it possible for him, to be assigned a new PPA, under a different local government?
