Expound Libya inflating their population - otherwise you're opening so many threads - in bid to run away from demographic questions.

Last I checked the latest cement consumption was like this Nigeria 18-20M; South Africa 13m; Kenya is 7M, Ghana is 4-5m

Africa being top construction in Africa - please stop smoking weed. EGYPT is far ahead (50M against 13m!). Nigeria is ahead of South Africa.

Sector not consumption

Ghana that has stable electricity supply, better infrastructure and is richer than you don't pull such laughable stats.

Ghana has stable electricity than our generator economy, Ghana is richer and more infrastructural developed than Nigeria our beloved zoo. Does this make any sense?

Ghana’s internet broadband is the fastest in Africa. We average a spend of 53.28 Mbps

South Africa is next to us.

Can we address the issue when two said "Kenya is a construction site" "Nigeria is dead" "south Africa is dead"

How do you explain the fact that Nigeria consumed 5 times more cement than Kenya?

How is it Ghana consumes more than Kenya?

How do you explain South Africa being Africa top construction sector? That SA is doing more than 2x Kenya output. All that while SA is stagnant and dead
This is what irritates me a lot . You're always on kenyan case with fake stats and submission and asking irrelevant questions left right center as if you're a DCI send to investigate on kenya affairs . undecided

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has today cut sod at Borteyman, suburb of Accra for the construction of a new 50,000 capacity Olympic Stadium for the hosting and organizing 2023 Africa Games in Ghana.

this is 200 milion dollar project.

They are actually going to build the smaller facilities(Sports complex) excluding the 50,000 capacity stadium. The 50,000 stadium will be built later

I can easily answer the question.

Ghana is not richer or infrastructurally developed than Kenya as you purportedly said.

Nigeria can't stand kenya in infrastructural development when we go by WB data.

Nigeria too can't stand kenya on electricity coverage. So brother, don't just juggle with statements to please your heart, Speak facts.

Your President has really distinguished himself . All his faults aside, I think many African leaders should learn from him...

He is development oriented(and I love such leaders)

Since your last elections I took keen interest in knowing his style of Governance/leadership and I must say * he is not bad at all*.

Where is Raila Odinga? it's been long since I heard any news about him?

Kenya level was on Ghana level on cement consumption

As per the source posted yesterday

This message is me seeking clarity on the fact yall said Kenya construction is on steroids while its almost level as Ghana.

The fact yall said Nigeria is dead yet it consumes 10 times more than kenya

Yes they said our construction sector tanked since the fall of oil price in 2014 and we have not completed a single project since then.

The issue all along was Nairobi catching up with jorburg in few years to come. Nairobi in 2017 was ranked 10th in the world for most dynamic cities in the world. In 2020, we were ranked at position 4 in the world. Construction progress and rate on ground should also tell alot.

DUBAI — Cities in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) are gaining momentum, with Dubai, Riyadh and Nairobi all ranked within the top 20, according to JLL’s City Momentum Index 2020 which identifies the world’s most dynamic cities from a real estate perspective.

And that is what it is.

The results does not tell the entire broadband picture.

As you can see with the inclusion of Madagascar

Let’s leave Nigeria and SA aside. Is Nairobi more dynamic than Cairo or any city in Egypt. So tell me why it didn’t make this list.
