How many matches was he featured in? You think everyone can do goals and assist like Puig with very little minutes, in maybe 4 games for a whole season?

Baba Pjanic is slightly below average... But give the dude some break abeg.

Pedri has also missed some crucial goals at some points too, but still gets more and more time.

He's right and I feel pity for him. He was a key player at juve. He came to barca and became something close to a non entity.

I think he's one of those players that need lot of game time before hitting peak performance. Koeman never gave him that.

Is it that these players don't have representatives who communicate their complaints and grievances to the board in case of ill-treatment from other players or coach?

Most of us criticize these players, not knowing what they go through. How will a coach just throw a player on the pitch without specific instructions or expectations, just go in and play whatever you play, if it's doesn't suit me, I remove you. No correction, no explanation, nothing.

Before game no tactical instructions, during the game no twicking changes, and after the game, everybody just go home. Finite.

I still don't understand how koeman became a manager. He's poor at it.

Man-management is a tricky affair. Zidane is renowned for his man-mgt but I don't think the likes of Bale or Isco will agree with you.

I think Koeman was very forward with the people he didnt count on last season. He informed them on time. Problem was that we had alot of players that were lost. Players playing on a very low level. And the circumstances that brought Pjanic to the club was also strange. Alot of strange things. I am not making excuse for Koeman but Barca was a strange entity last season. Most coaches will have struggled to get anything done with that Barca.

Don't forget that Pjanic played 30 times last season, starting 13 times. Dude delivered zero goal and zero assist. It doesnt inspire much confidence from a coaching point of view. If i were the coach, I cannot bench Pedri, Busquets, FdJ, Moriba etc to play Pjanic who offered nothing, not even in freaking copa del rey

Koeman came in when the club was in a mess and players were in low spirits. The right thing a sensible coach will do is to continue to rotate the squad, try to figure out who is to start, sub or discard. In all fairness to Pjanic, yes he played thirty games but how many minutes was he given? Most times when the game has been destroyed by Koeman’s ineptitude, he then throws in the castaways to come do wonders.
