I scored 14/25 but I just retrieved the SIM I used for the online application and there is nothing in my mail box.

ICPC only needs 200 recruits.
Remember more than half may come from Katsina and other Northern states. The remaining will be shared among Southerners with top shots and recommendations.
Its not just about writing and writing their online exams or even scoring a high grade there.

You are right ,and most of the top shot recommendations for the southern slot will most likely come from the north and for people who did not partake in the recruitment process at all, that's why when people are given government job appointment and posting letters you will never see copies of test ,interview in their files only credentials,passport and CV.

I can not even dream it, I think I scored 8/25 which was later sent to my mail few days after the test. The test was purely on logistics and current affairs.

I never got a rescheduled date and I wonder why
