Good morning NLers,

is it right and constitutional for companies to force their staff to take the C. Virus vaccine with the threat of a sack if not taken?

Not considering their background health status, religious or personal believe etc.

For example, a mail was sent on Friday that all staff must be present at work on Saturday only for them to get there and there is a health expert waiting with the vaccine and you must take it or get sacked there and then.

is it right?

Nope.
Not right at all.
Under which Legal framework would this be?
Making it compulsory will have to be back by law.
Otherwise, this will be an infringement on the protection of employee's fundanmental rights.
