Last two weeks I did a video and created thread as part one on how Awka is evolving after 30 yrs as Anambra state capital after Enugu.

I promised to work on part two to be able to get other locations in Awka, 1 was able to cover club road and Ngozika 1,2 and extention, this locations as at 2010 was thick forest, but today it's one of the bubbling locations in Awka especially Club road former Abakalike Street, the street never sleep, Ngozika Estate is one of the highbrow areas in Awka, the new location that will dwarf Ngozika Estate is ongoing Millennium city, the proposed premium city will be one of the best in Nigeria, being handled by a reputable company MPI infrastructure Africa, as we awit the new city, below is New Awka part two after thirty years as state capital.

If you like keep posting people properties. Awka I know does not have sound infrastructure to be mentioned in the community of state capital. Abakaliki has better infrastructure than Awka. The only dual carriage which is ziks avenue was started by ngige and finish by peter obi. Even part of Enugu _ onitsha road started by peter obi wills couldn't finish it. Am from Anambra and I stay in Anambra. Our infrastructure is dead thanks to wille
