I still find it hard to wrap my head around the fact that blood thirsty terrorists are granted amnesty. No punishment whatsoever. Once they "repent", they're allowed to go on with their normal lives.

I'm quite sure that my guess that, these bandits are mostly retired Boko Haram fighters is right.

Continue granting them amnesty.
