I just received this message from a purported loan app called eazi money"

It goes thus;
NOTICE......THIS IS TO INFORM THE PUBLIC THAT (name withheld) Phone: 0700000000 IS ON THE RUN WITH OUR MONEY AT EASYMONI. THIS INDIVIDUAL BORROWED MONEY FROM US(EASYMONI, AN ONLINE LOAN APP) AND WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY BACK ON THE 7TH DAY. NOW THIS PERSON IS WITHOLDING OUR MONEY AND HAS BLANTLY REFUSED TO PAY UP AFTER NUMEROUS PLEAS AND WARNINGS. THIS PERSON HAS STOLEN FROM US AND THIS IS A CRIMINAL ACT. THIS PERSON MADE YOU THE EMERGENCY CONTACT AND GAVE US ALL YOUR INFORMATION SO AS TO COLLECT THIS LOAN. WHATEVER GRUESOME ACTIONS THAT WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS PERSON WILL ALSO AFFECT YOU BECAUSE WE HAVE ALL YOUR DETAILS AND ARE READY TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS. IT IS IMPORTANT TO TELL THIS PERSON TO MAKE THEIR PAYMENT TODAY SO YOU WONT BE A PART OF THIS DISGRACE. EASYMONI

First The message addresses the public in the first paragraph, but then went ahead to say that the person "MADE YOU(me) THE EMERGENCY CONTACT AND GAVE US ALL YOUR INFORMATION SO AS TO COLLECT THIS LOAN.

I don't know this person, and I am not at all afraid because I never signed nada for nobody, I wonder how they will say I am their emergency contact without my consent..

They went ahead and said the person has stolen from them, pls where in the world is a defaulted loan called stealing..

That's not all they still went further to issue treats

"WHATEVER GRUESOME ACTIONS THAT WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS PERSON WILL ALSO AFFECT YOU BECAUSE WE HAVE ALL YOUR DETAILS AND ARE READY TO TAKE LEGAL Actions"

This has been going on like this for a long time loan apps harassing innocent Nigerians.. No body forced them to give loans to Nigerians, what did they expect giving loans to jobless hungry citizens?

I know that Nigerians like to owe debt but is treat and embarrassment the right way for a firm to recover their debts, involving innocent citizens like myself..

I am definitely calling my lawyer, I might sue this people, what kind of nonsense is this....
