The South West (AFonjas) are taking this too far, what happens to been your brothers keeper. I can see that this whole bill is directed towards the Fulani's but the South as a whole should note that they are been watched. The Yoruba's want to tow the part of the Igbos and others southern state forgetting the 2023 presidency. The earlier the South realize that all lands belongs to God the better for them and for us all.

Have your friends realised that all powers including 2023 belong to God?

And since when did you become God's representative on land matters? Did he complain to you?

Have you not noticed that the senseless killing and rapping of innocent land owners have reduced in the south?

You need to bring peace if you want peace

Don't bother, ministry of Agriculture will never approve any land for them because truly, there are no more lands in Lagos...unless the lagoons are dredged by intending ranchers, after paying the necessary fee

That is why North will remain stagnant despite having all the key positions, Army, Airforce and proposed Naval base in Kano (I still wonder how Kano and Navy go together tho.). When people ditch human values for religious intolerance, extremism and zero regard for rule of law, if you like give them everything, they won't still make a meaning out of it.

They hate truth but love people like Sheikh Gumi, reason they dethroned Emir Sanusi who kept speaking against their hypocrisy and retrogressive way of life. Looks like El-rufai is the new wailer from that zone.

I pray North keep up with their attitude, it's going to speed up restructuring

Dont be deceived; bandits are completely different from miyetti Allah. Bandits dont even listen to miyetti.

Miyetti try to be like bandit to intimidate.

Do it now or later, animal wandering can not hold as population increases. Even wild animals are going extinct.

Ranching wil be expensive at the beginning but will improve cost

The Lagos Anti-Open Grazing Bill passed second reading at the state House of Assembly on Monday.

The following are six areas of interest, as contained in the document:

1. N50,000 fine per head of cattle for grazing on another person’s land

2. Impounded cattle must be claimed with seven days or owner risks permanent forfeiture

3. Grazing in an enclosed land must be approved by ministry of agriculture

4. 21-year imprisonment for firearm possession

5. Establishment of task force on cattle trespass

6. Opposing seizure of cattle attracts N250,000 fine or six-month imprisonment

Hats off to Lagos State for taking the bull by the horns, no matter whose ox is gored, all puns intended.

Those land-grabbing terrorists who used to imagine they could simply make themselves at home on other people's land are now formally served notice that the party is officially over.

Those esteemed legal luminaries that crafted the above-quoted legislation for Lagos State to implement as enforcible law, are true patriots of the Nigerian federation who recognize an armed invasion when they see one, and have rightly developed countermeasures that will end the madness of cattle-herding vermin who will soon begin to fathom the reality that is about to overtake their feeble little minds.

Read what you have written again. How do you even reason? Since God has all the lands, have you seen God kill any of the occupants?

The only southern governor I was expecting to kick against this anti open grazing bill and VAT collection by state is Sanwolu, yes Lagos State governor. He has been accommodating the menace of these people which I think it is because of the political ambition of his father (godfather). His godfather is trying to clear more ground for himself by asking Sanwolu to tolerate all the act on intolerable.
The question is this, what happen to his godfather ambition? Hope he is stable? God will silence all the enemies of this country
Same here, he is not a total disappointment after all
