So I registered for a driver's license in 2018.

I was given a temporary license for 3 months.

Unfortunately a left Nigeria for some time so I couldn't collect the original driver license.
My question is, will my driver license card still be at the same office I registered?

Nigerian drama.

Normally by law if you are in Nigeria for a few days in a year, you should be able to drive without a license if you have one from abroad
If you now show your foreign license when stopped, na chop for boys be that because you are a black man.

When I tried to get a sim card they wanted an ID and all I had was my American passport and DL.
