I don't see anything wrong in bargain, even if you know the price is fair enough. It is left for the seller to stick to his or her desired price. I saw a 12.5kg cylinder ×2 here last week at 7,500 & I contacted the seller. I bargain with her even when I knew the price is still fair enough, then she accepted my offer for it. I bought the 2 cylinders @ 14k. So, I don't see issues in bargain, na you go say NO.
