Can I register a limited liability company with "finance" or "capital" attached to it's name without CAC asking one to provide finance licence from the CBN? One of the requirements of obtaining a finance from CBN is a deposit of N100m, and I see many firms with 'finance' and 'capital' attached to its name. Some of them I doubt had finance licence. |

Many of those aint a limited company they are using only business names. Yes u can registered business name only and have finance in it. |
