I have. Not the type I will watch alone. Had to play it with females around . Great directing, colours and effects but all in all, it is same as those Korean/Japanese movies with highs and lows. Trying hard to be funny.

This is not the first time MCU would do a movie with a predominantly racial cast.
They used black culture and identity to sell Black Panther and now they pandering to the asian people

Critics praise it to the high heavens because Asian lives matters

Yep, Descent is the perfect encapsulation of claustrophobic horror. It had not only the fear of being lost, trapped and claustrophobic, but being lost, trapped and claustrophobic with unknown hostile beings! That’s a lot of goddamn fear!

I was about to state that in a follow up comment. They see any American Chinese as not as good looking as an average Chinese. I shock one time when I hear say dem say Henry Golding no fine. Say na average beauty. I'm even hearing issues with Simu.

I don't know about Indians, but I do know they love Hollywood and that market is a DC and Marvel fan head.
South Koreans and Japanese is understandable, they have very close ties with 'Murica due to fear of a powerful China . Heck, Americans literally own Okinawa island.

But mehn, them hype Black Panther die. I was surprised that movie got a Best Picture nom.
The movie was good but that hype? Premium pandering and Blacks lap it up. To make sure the movie seemed groundbreaking, they had to give it a best picture nom.
