Let's assume whatever money that will be needed is readily available, dry land is also available and cleared of trees and bushes.

Its possible in weeks if there is a staging area on site where 80% of stuffs are prefabricated.
Every material must be available on site, and plans in place to have the workers housed and fed on site.
With floodlights, you can run 3 8 hour shifts per day.

The staging area will be to precast all the columns and beams.
Electrical, plumbing, aluminum and carpentry work all prefabricated.

The 3D model will determine the number of weeks. You can share it for the professional to make comments

6 weeks for duplex? No go build the one that will collapse on people.

If the money is ready

Around 1 month in the summer

3-5 months during raining season.

The assumption is that everything needed is ready and on site. Not as if owner still dey 'trust' God for the next materials and he can put Human resources where necessary without complaining.

The question doesn't even make any sense. If you want to build the house, go ahead. Who cares?..unless a doctor has announced your date of possible death and you are trying to beat the deadline to get the house ready for the funeral.
