The tournament is being organised by the Lagos State Government and the NFF as part of their agreement. It was simply named in honour of Aisha Buhari, but that does not mean that she's the organiser. It's the same as having a Yakubu Gowon Stadium in Port Harcourt, even though it was not built by, neither is it owned by Yakubu Gowon.
