Good evening guys,I'm new here and this is my first post. Please I need help.
I applied with my family for a canadian visitor visa since march 2020, our passports were returned in november with a letter stating that our applications are still being processed and that we will be contacted when our passports are needed but i haven't gotten any response up till now. what do i do please

They have a huge backlog, unfortunately you cant do anything

This is nearly a year now.U better go reapply/look for another country

They are not being fair because I applied in March 2020 before the pandemic.
