In fairness to Koeman, this Barca squad is one of the weakest I have seen in a very long time. I saw his press conference. He was just being realistic. The gap in quality between us and Bayern is enormous. What club lets their best players leave only to replace them with free transfers and loaned players? It is a club in crisis that does that. Even all top Managers, they need top players to execute their plans. But all our substitution yesterday apart from Coutinho were 18 year olds and 17 year olds. That's not ideal while Bayern were bringing on the likes of Coman, Gnabry etc

Someone that they are already touting to be Godin's successor in Uruguay, If an older, more experienced CB is paired alongside him or someone also great at roughly the same age then we'll worry less about the defense for some time to come, As for Eric he needs to bulk up since he isn't tall, he's still 20 and needs experience for 1v1 situations, but we also need a coach with the balls to bench Pique, What of Mingueza, Do you think he can be a good partner for him barring his mistakes?
