It is silly to have even scheduled WAEC on Monday by the goofy officials in Nigerian as West Africa. This is one the reason people outside Africa think Africans are stiffs who cannot think. What happens with the rest of week beside Monday? In certain climate where certain folks are fighting for independence, schooling of any sort is put on hold.
