Throughout this thread I never said Superman is faster than Barry/Wally.
I said Superman can keep up with Any of them .
If Superman determines to Face Barry or Wally he can tag and keep up perfectly.

Here Superman races alongside Barry while Barry himself is running as fast as he can.

To add to this.
ONE of the reasons Supes holds back is because he doesn't want to hurt civilians.
Second is that he doesn't want to seriously harm/kill who he's fighting. That you are an evil villain going around killing, doesn't even mean that Superman will stop holding back.

He holds back in two levels as revealed in his training with Mongul.
1. Consciously
2. Subconsciously.
His mind works with his powers. One time he wanted his powers gone, and they were gone( I mean he became human). That's why if he's mentally compromised,he doesn't quite do well.
