There is actually no regulation on how banks do their recruitment aside from the extant regulations in the system. The normal issues border around background checks against financial/fraud indictments in the past, BSc/HND issues for most commercial banks and Grades ( some take minimum of 2.1 while others consider 2.2).

N100m is too small for you to dictate to a full fledged commercial bank; unless you are talking about the new banks just springing up.

Besides, such persons if and when recruited will likely be sent to marketing or sales or business development to go and hustle and bring in more.

100m is much to any bank, but that doesn't give you the ultimate right to tell the bank who to employ anyone, in this country na connection be the ultimate power, with your 100m if you don't know the MD of that bank, you can only harass the branch manager if hey fail to employ someone u told them to.

I knew of a painter who created so much fuss because his transaction was delayed a bit due to Network down time, the guy was taking and everyone was just looking at him like, on top 20k when u wan withdraw na him u wan brake down roof, before you know wetin dey sup, head of operations of that bank don call the branch manager say wetin dey happen for him branch, Ashey this painter and the head of operations na padi Dem be, they know each other that they could even be seeing drinking beer somewhere

If someone like this painter who obviously might not have up to 100M in his account recommend someone for employment, it will be beyond the branch level, it would be at the top level where decisions are made, and he still don't have the right to threaten anyone, na just abeg abeg he go use soften the matter till they go employ that his favorite.
