D machine moulder man is demanding for 200k for 50 bags of cement at 40 per bag for 9inches.. d hand moulder is demanding 700 per bag but i promise to pay 1000 for a good job... how much should I negotiate with the machine guy..

The secret is in the mixing and compacting. The blocks I moulded since 2017 which are still in the site unpacked are still intact with no signs of having been touched by rain.

Water. The wall there for some reason is retaining water. It could be from the plumbing works there.
Solution: ensure there is no leakage of water there. Your plumber can do that.
There is a possibility the paint is weak and absorbent thereby retaining water there instead of allowing it to flow off or dry off.
Without regular moisture, you can't have the growth.

Bros... Go and buy block in the block industry and try all you can to get a good bargain... say 250 per one.. safe yourself the stress of monitoring block moulder because of 2000 blocks... Physically observe the block yourself in the block industry by carry one each in your two hands... fling it a little and see it doesn't brake... if it breaks.. it means there is not enough cement of bad sand.
Pay as you go is always good in construction industry before you enter one chance like me that ended being pity here on my borehore project..

Again... Mould block of 2000quantity doesn't what the stress... many things to consider... Sand, cement, water, labour and quality..(vibrated block)

I asked for the name of the developer, you didn't give.

If you are interested in the land, you have to pay what they asked you to pay. I have given you info of what I know. That 50k is not a survey. May be a layout/sketch of your plot.

Up to ten of this should fit on a 50x100 feet plot. If done right it could be an ultimate “mosafuneto” endeavor.
