A politician that has contested for Presidency more than once and was competitive has no structure? Why didn't his money work for him in 2015 to get him APC ticket? He has structure all over Nigeria. He is also very influential. It is Tinubu that has no structure outside of South West and will have to rely on party structure or structures of allies and friends in other part of the country.
