Actually, she said there was a secret door in the executive lounge that was covered by the green wallpaper and that's where Nini left the house from.

She's the one that has the dream.

She said she saw Nini pass through a secret door to a room. That Nini was wearing a pink/red brief and sitting down on a bed in a room, looking sad. She even mentioned the secret door was hidden behind the green wallpapers in the executive lounge. Then the dream went further to where WM was saying he wouldn't peel yam and came to tell her.

So, immediately she woke up, she went to WM to ask if he said he wouldn't peel yam.
