Twitter is not back yet, it will be soon and you will obviously notice without having to announce it, People will naturally flow back there, not by force.

I was kind of alarmed, cos I have never gotten the notifications before today, despite having the app all this while. I have a vpn I use though, but it wasn't on. I was just trying to find out if it was only me though �
