You can Google Legon City Mall for UoG, Jubilee Mall for KNUST, UCC has it own and so has UDS and several others

For your case, you're really struggling to defend your dwarf country. That mall is very ugly and it's not inside the university, It's located in the boundary where the campus sit. Furthermore, it's not owned by the university, university is just acting like a supportive business for market boost and the owner of the mall is the one who benefits not campus.

Egypt has overtaken RSA economy wise and I think almost forever. Yes it almost twice the population so it will be sometime before they catch up per capita wise...but Egypt future prognosis is good..while RSA is just not rosy at all.
