All governments are scared that bitcoin coin will expose Ponzi scheme they are involved. They all print money, sale bounds to pay their bills thereby stock pilling huge debt which they know are unpayable.

In China, crypto is being treated like illicit drugs and arms trafficking. China's explanation for declaring crypto illegal makes absolute sense because there's no authority underwriting the risk associated with it and encrypted numbers are not produced by ghosts. So who is to hold as guarantee once the 'currency ' packs up someday unlike sovereign currencies.

Expect China to start giving serious capital punishment to whoever trades in the illegal coins.

I will advice our citizens there to please obey their law that ban crypto. Don't take your 'sabi over sabi' to China, like you did with the CBN policy that forbids its transaction in our banks and VPN for Twitter access after its suspension, to China and trade illegal crypto , remember your family and friends at home o.

FG won't save you either,so please don't trade crypto in China, it's a contraband and illegal coin. Here is free book on business ideas & money sources directory for you ,

RapistOnBail:

Which business man in his right mind would do business based on unforeseen/Un calculated risk?

Bitcoin/Crypto currency is for the novices who wants to get rich quick.

Thank you federal Government(FG) for banning this legal and accepted Ponzi scheme.

I wonder how the economy would have dropped drastically had it been the government didn’t place a ban on banks trading cryptos.

Unfortunately, the federal government is launching its own cryptocurrency on the 1st of October.
Deal with it!

Funny how media will always attach a market move to an event and always after the fact. Sorry to an investor that listens to news for investment decisions.

Them Chinese is all about control they wanna control your life even up the boxers you wear.

This is no news, the reason why it's have some impact is because of cheap electricity china have for minners.

Therefore there are millions of heavy computing system... Once the minners finish transferring their minning operations from china to Japan, vietnam and california... China will be very insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

China wanna to float their own but they don't know in life you build credibility over time. You can't just jump or take short cut every time.

This is what china is all about taking short cut

Is Bitcoin a legal tender?

99% buy Bitcoin, with the hope of it appreciating. Nothing more.
From what I can observe, some persons are manipulating this thing.

Also, we now have too many cryptocurrency. That's code red.

Thats it’s own currency. But this time, digital currency.

It’ll be controlled and regulated by the FG.

Unlike Bitcoin that’s regulated by some unknown Gunmen keyboard warriors.
