It is you that sees nothing good in and about Nigeria. What he is saying that you refused to understand is that you can’t compare Nigeria with the US, it will be foolhardy if you did. But, we are too quick to do that. For your informational I’ve spent 37 years in the US and I attained the level of professorship in Civil Engineering. I relocated to Nigeria in 2019, and I enjoyed living and practicing in Nigeria and have no plan of going back to the US.
Why did I say the above, there is no greener pasture outside Nigeria. We have the resources and the environment to thrive if only we put our mind and effort to it. Enough grammar.

1. Yes, he would have but how do you measure success
2. It’s you that needs to point that out. It’s educational and professional qualifications are obvious when opportunity comes to fill a quota, he is available and qualified.
3. Why not. But the question is do Nigerians value their own professionals or prefer whites (American/Europeans/Asia or even Indians)

That’s where u get it wrong, the difference is that while someone like you blame the government for everything that happens, even your non performance in the “other room” is blamed on the government, people like us blame the government when appropriate but the bulk of the blame is on us - Nigerians and our entitlement mentality

1. Why not?, is he not qualified? But we don’t even have such a title. And if we do, we have many qualified people that can fill the position irrespective of their tribe or religion, but then you are playing what if?

5. Yes definitely, it includes me but I have learnt (from my exposure to both countries) not to generalize and to evaluate issues without sentiments or bias.

I am not sure if you’ve heard of a choice theory but here are my answers again:
1. In anywhere whether Nigeria or not, appointment is not by qualifications alone.

3. By choice, Buhari takes his medical treatment abroad, just like many Nigerians
4. I was responding to your number question so wherever and whatever makes you ask the question, is for you to figure out.
