So in my last post I talk about how Raya care service held my redmi 9c for long after I return the phone to them cos it couldn't come up again...they did promise me a new phone but for over two month,my phone was not ready
However after blasting Xiaomi brand on all their social media handle and causing problems in their store,they eventually called me today to let me know my phone was ready
Now one thing I discover in their Facebook group is that almost everyone are bringing in complain of how Raya held their phone for long without fixing it for them(most especially redmi 9c and 9t)...not even one person give a good compliment about Thier after sales service
Well I just got my phone today but I'm selling it off...fact is I actually ditch iPhone brand for Xiaomi (big mistake) but I'm porting back to iPhone
In conclusion...Xiaomi phones is so damn overrated,Thier after sales service is worst

It's not a fight now.
I just want to know so that i will know if you are fair in your judgement.

I don't think you are fair in your judgement from iphone 8 plus to Xiaomi Redmi 9T is just too much of a downgrade that you will definitely feel.
No brand new phone of 60k can impress you considering the iphone you are coming from.
Samsung will give you 3/32 storage with low-end mediatek chipset for that price.

So you can spear Xiaomi some harsh criticism now till you try their equivalent phone of your favorite iphone.

I'm not talking about your ordeal with Raya because it's clear they are not so good with after sale service; I'm just answering base on your complain of Xiaomi.

I had to follow someone to Raya technical center to help him drop off his Redmi 9c because the phone refused to charge and the device is less than 1 months.

You're a clown if you moved from IPhone 8 plus to Redmi 9c and you want to get similar experience. It's illogical. You ditched iPhone for Xiaomi and you went for Xiaomi's lowest offering. Abeg your next iPhone, make sure you buy iPhone 5.

Raya care has been no good and it isn't even operated by Xiaomi. It's just the brand they choose to handle their aftersale service because they're still gaining ground in Nigeria.
