My car is a 2010 Mercedes benz w204 avant-garde. The below usually happens when I am about to park my car. My auto transmission gear most of the time is very hard to bring back to R coming from D. It is like getting stuck for a while in neutral and I will finally be able to shift after few minutes of waiting. Sometimes it feels like I could brake something inside if I force to change the gear. But once the gear was successfully in, then it will all of a sudden very smooth to change gears from anywhere I want to. Weird part is It only happens when the vehicle was fresh from being driven and was about to be parked. Gear for some reason is getting stuck in neutral for a few minutes. Any idea? Thank you all in advance. |
