This is why we borrow to execute projects. It's ok for her to go on a vacation but for more than fifty people to leave their businesses to come welcome her into the country is madness.

These women will be paid by the end of the day, the drivers and cars paid and fueled.

I appreciate that he cares for his wife and genuinely happy to recieve her back home after vacation but this is meant to be a private affair.
