Stupid governor, you carry mic in front of pressmen scolding a chinese employee of a Chinese company about quality of jobs to be done. If you don't trust them to do a good job, why invite them from their country to come to your state. Don't you have engineers in your state to make contradictions for you

What does he know about road construction? Is he a structural engineer? This is the reason most roads in Nigeria go bad after few months of commissioning. The job of effectively monitoring the quality of work done should be that of certified engineers not politicians. Rochas was fond of doing the same thing.. Going to sites while pretending he knows something about construction... This is not what you do for photo up. You need to have a qualified company awarded the contract of simply monitoring the quality of work done. A politician us totally useless under such situations unless he has an engineering background like say Umeahi..

NSE and COREN should wake up to their professional responsibilities.

I totally agree with you. Imagine a president coming to commission roads, governors handing over buses to different departments. Totally misplaced priorities.

The governor is the number one (most senior) civil servant. He's the head of all MDAs. He's right to oversee infrastructural development.
