I called their the nassims customer care line and complained about that. The lady told me to wait until the period of physical verification has elapsed in all states. That after that the whole things will be fixed but if still not ok by then, I should call again.

To download ppa letter is easy, provided you have done physical Verification. I have downloaded for many.

check your bank detail in overview of your dashboard, if blank, then it is practically impossible to download your PPA. letter. but if it is otherwise, then relax yourself, everything shall be fixed on pr before 8th october, 2021

Your date of birth and BVN may not tally recheck them and try and fill in the correct ones . If possible go to your bank and print your BVN so that you see the format in which you entered your name and date of birth .
