Nigeria lacks visionary leaders! She parades thieves as leaders! No vision, no direction... lackluster and half baked individuals who can't think. The economy is in shambles and there's no critical solution in sight! All you hear is capital projects which they borrowed heavily to finance.... How do SMEs come in to salvage the economy and the unfortunate naira, how about foreign direct investment, how do the government help individual citizens who can work and earn dollar while working here in the country! I'm tired

Another issue in this particular one is if we have good indigenous contractors who will take this project and do and good job so that money spent on this capital project can stay in the country, it would have been helpful to some extent.

This financial burden of building hostels should have been shouldered by private investors through PPP collaborations. The allocated money could have been invested in other areas.
