Awka, Sept. 30, 2021 (MOI) Gov. Willie Obiano of Anambra has vowed to put an end to the insecurity that has ravaged the state in recent times.

The Governor said he had re-strategised the security system of the state and further deployed adequately.

Gov. Obiano said this at Adazi-Nnukwu, Anaocha Local Government Area (LGA), during a burial Mass for Mr Paul Okoye, brother of the Archbishop of Awka Diocese, Bishop Jonas-Benson Okoye.

If it is indeed IPOB perpetrating all this killing, then I'm afraid they are going about it the wrong way. I mean, I get that they want their own country, and rightly so. The Nigerian state has seriously marginalized them to a large extent. However you don't set a fire in your house and expect somebody's else house to burn.

If on the other hand bandits from the north are perpetrating the killings, then I think IPOB should go after the bandits head on and get them off their land.

Either ways one thing is certain. It won't end well for anyone killing other humans for whatever reason. And it definitely won't end well for those sponsoring murderers

No point waiting on the government, it's no use. All these promises and things keep getting worse.

No sane leader will sit idly and be making empty statements and watching his people upto 10 just in less than 2 days.

Let's all accept the fact that Obiano and Apga has failed the good people of anambra state whose lives are now so cheap in the hands of gun wielding umu-aba.

Never have we had it this bad and such reckless and heartless killings. Since this killing started Obiano has been making empty statements not backed with actions. Something is fishy in all his docility.

Dude did you even read my entire reply or did you just decide to pick the part that doesn't sit well with you? If you read everything I wrote then you should deduce that I was entirely impartial with my submission.
By assuming that both IPOB and bandits could be responsible for the killings is totally inline with the Nigerian politicians and what we have seen play out time and time again.
For instance when there is an anti government protest in this country, there somehow will be a pro government protest... usually sponsored by the government, happening at the same time.
That said, it is not completely unimaginable to assume that the killings could be the work of bandits, because it's no secret that Fulani herdsmen and bandits have caused havoc in the south.

You also seems to no see the part where I said "either ways it won't end well for murderers". And you say I'm hating. If anything, you're the hater for only considering ibop, when bandits have also killed people in the south.
