For a residential building me don’t think is necessary in as much as you have the mobile view…. Which if you are not at home you can always check activities on your mobile phone

I also think that it’s better to let criminals know that they are bee watched.. seen the cameras might even deter them from coming in.

I have a different opinion on this tho.

I don't think it's good idea to let criminals know they're being watched: A sharp minded criminal can easily destroy such camera & you're also creating awareness for criminals to cover their face.
(Except the criminal doesn't notice the camera)

Yet, we are struggling with our kobo kobo project here. Don't just try these traders. That's why they have made Amuwo Odofin area to look like another heap of concrete structures. I remember how that Amuwo Odofin was in mid 90s. Some people get money abeg.

The South East is a massive construction field, every village seems to be competing with every village on the best houses possible, all artisans are almost booked full with work these days. Its hard finding good workers that are free to work, especially in this construction season when everyone is preparing their homes for the end of year holidays.

I was at that new WTC estate in Enugu and I couldn't believe what happened there, under 2 years I last visited, the whole estate is now squeezed full with fantastic buildings. It was amazing.

I know 15 tons in that axis is 55k but I don't know where Ago Palace is or whether they ply any other area.
