Most universities cut off mark is 180.

Boss, I'll be glad if you can tell me as well 'cos I had some people who failed Jamb in my area which I could help them out by teaching them tutorial.

It's sadden to see them youngesters fails due to pressure or improper planning . Although other social activities also contributed to their failure but at least it will help those who're determine to pass.

I believe you are aiming for the elite universities, don't put your focus too much on those top ranking universities. The end product is what matters. A lot of people are doing great who went to state and other not popular federal universities. Going to polytechnic is usually a long journey due to the issues of acceptance in working environment and also in case one wants to do a masters. Though, it's not a problem, one can always do a post graduate diploma and then proceed for masters.

Have you thought of schooling in Benin Republic. There's a scholarship going on right now at Institute University Du Benin, Benin Republic. Accommodation is free and the fees is very cheap for only 3 years. No Jamb needed just 5 credit in Waec.

Funny I wrote my 7th jamb this year. Was denied admission last year with 297, wasn't even given groundnut science as compensation. But I'm very sure I'll scale through this time around. I also have an OND got into that one with 264. So relax if you keep hitting the ice it will shatter
