It is south east governors has never been proactive when it comes to security. That why they couldn't set up Ebubeagu Security outfit giving ipob the right to set up their Esn which later turn to Ugm.

It is only Umahi and Uzodima that has step small in security that why the two states is no longer observing Monday sit at home.
