Democratic government returned to Nigeria in 1999. And my calculations and most northerners calculations tells us that you southerners have been ruling most of the time. Besides I dont think northerners are ready to vote for any southerner considering the fact that Nigeria is too divided along ethnic/region/religious lines.

And you guys can't force anybody to vote for a southerner. And am telling you my friend, any serious northerner can win the presidential election outside APC/PDP flags

If the North insists on ruling, be ready to rule only 17 or 18 Northern states. The South is not going to accept the rule of a Northerner from 2023 to 2031.

There is no gang up against the north. Demanding that the presidency should go to the south in 2023 after 8 years of northern rule is not gang up but the right and legitimate thing to do in the interest of Nigeria.

Northern governors, politicians and opinion leaders also said the same thing in 2011 and 2015. In fact, the Northern governors forum told Jonathan clearly in 2011 that they would support him only if he undertakes to do only one term and handover power to the north in 2015.

Btw, southern governors wouldn’t have issued the demand if northern politicians have not started behaving funny by positioning themselves for power again in 2023. The resolution in only a reminder that the rotational agreement is still in force.
