Hello, experts in the house. I just started using blogger, I am more familiar with WordPress. The issue I am facing on blogger is that I am unable to create paragraphs, no matter how hard I try, the text keeps joining together with no spacing between them. Experts in the house, kindly share the solution to this issue, I am still a newbie on blogger so please make your explanation as layman as possible. Thanks in advance.

The 3 pictures show how the text appears on word, on the blogger backend and finally when it is published (The paragraph no longer exists when it is published)

Yes! Change your theme. I was experiencing this issue on one of my blogs as well. I simply changed my theme and problem was instantly solved

Is the problem solved

Am trying to change the theme but the blog is on a website, not a stand-alone blog. Am worried that changing the theme may affect other functions of the website. Is there a way forward where changing the theme will not affect the other features of the website apart from the blog?

I've seen it. Since the blog is part of your website, you can't change the theme without affecting your whole site design. Another way you can solve the problem is by changing the app or document type you use in writing your articles.

Go to playstore, download Writer+ and start using it to write your articles. It's less than 1MB but very powerful and works perfectly with blogger. After writing and editing your articles, simply copy them from the app and post on blogger. You'll be to also edit them as you wish on blogger and the change will reflect perfectly on your blog.

You can also copy your articles to the app from Ms Word before posting them on blogger.

I took pity to login after months of not logging into Nairaland, before someone will suggest you delete the blog and setup again to add paragraphs.

Here is the solution to your Blogger paragraph problem:

Blogger editor has two modes, HTML and Text editor, and the default is the HTML editor, in which you are currently.

To add paragraphs in HTML editor simply add the code <br /><br /> in between any body of sentences.

But if you choose not to bother with adding html codes, then you can switch to the Text editor by toggling the <> icon on the top left corner of the editor to switch to the text editor. With the text editor you write as normal and add paragraphs as normal, no need for codes.
